Embrace Hair Studio Policies

All policies are put in place to respect each guest, their time and investment in their hair. Policies are also to respect and protect Embrace Hair Studio and the employees. Thank you for understanding. 
 

Appointments

Cancellation*:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give 48 hours notice. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the cost of the service. Changes made within 12 hours of your appointment, including same day changes, cancellations and "no-shows'' will be charged for the full amount of the original service. Please note, clients late to their appointment by more than 10 minutes will be considered a "no-show".

Emergency situations will always be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Sick Cancellation:

Everyone’s health will always be a priority at Embrace Hair Studio. If you aren’t feeling well, please give notice as soon as possible. I will do my best to find an opening for you as soon as possible once you are feeling better. 

In order to respect everyone’s time, I will be modifying my cancellation policy for those who are sick. Your account will be credited for the amount stated in the cancellation policy. You will be able to use the credited amount at your next appointment, if it is scheduled within a 14 day period from the original appointment. A “no-show” will be charged for the full amount of the original service, and will not be credited to the account.

Emergency situations will always be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Rewards and Referrals

Rewards Program:

You receive points with every purchase made at Embrace Hair Studio! Points are redeemable towards retail and select services in the salon. Earn more points by referring your friends and family, and with other promotions throughout the year.

Referral Program:

The best compliment you can give your stylist is a referral! For every referral you send in who receives a color service at Embrace Hair Studio, you will receive points to be used towards a future purchase as a thank-you.

Returns and Adjustments

My main goal is to make sure you are happy with every purchase at Embrace Hair Studio, including services and products purchased

Product Return/ Exchange:

I will only recommend what I believe will help solve your hair needs. If you are struggling to know how to use a new product, please let me know! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it or have it refunded within 60 days of the purchase date*

*Hair extensions, hot tools, hair brushes, skincare and products that have been used in excess are non-refundable.


 

Adjustments to a Cut, Color or Extension Service:

If you are unhappy with your hair, I would love the opportunity to make it right. Please let me know if an adjustment is needed within 5 days of your service, so that I can make the needed adjustment in a timely manner. An adjustment is an error on the stylist's end, and not because of a change of mind by the guest. Due to the artistic nature of the service, and the time and product used, no refunds will be given. 

Payment

Payment Method:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Card, Cash, Apple Pay

 

Invoice Payments:

Payments requested via invoice are to be paid by the end of the day received, unless otherwise stated. Payments not received within 3 days of when the invoice was sent will be charged a 15% late fee each week it is late. 

Holiday Cancellation:

Due to the high-demand nature of the holidays, the cancellation policy will be modified from November 1- December 31. Changes that are made within a 4 day period of your appointment will be charged a $25 fee per changed service (ex, a color and haircut appointment will be charged $50). Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the full amount of the original service. If you “no-show” your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the original service and may not be able to schedule with Embrace Hair Studio in the future.
